"Staff were always welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was good for the price. On site convenience store, shuttle bus to Disney. Rooms were clean and had a nice Disney theme."

"Clean rooms, modern, comfortable bed, convenience store on the first floor, convenient laundry facility. Not convenience location, Uber to train station was between 1100yen to 1800yen one way, they have limited hours on free bus to train station and Disney resorts. For families doing only Disney it was perfect, for families trying to go to Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura... It wasn't. We had two fire scares in just one week, tried to get info and the staff didn't want to talk English or gave us info on when was safe to go back to ours room. "

"If you want to check in early, you need to tell the front desk reception that you are willing to pay otherwise they will tell you that there is no room available. I landed early so I needed to check in at 8am to rest before I head out due to a non restful flight. JPY10,000 was the "early" fee."

"The property is well-maintained, and the staff is very professional. Good food quality and transportation services, both to Disney parks and the city."

"Staff very responsive. Fresh towels on our door every morning. We would have appreciated a way to let the cleaning staff know whether we needed clean towels or not as we did not use all of them. Room was clean and comfortable."

"Location was very close to train station where you can connect to the whole city...very handy to have few convenient stores are just across the hotel too. Rooms are very small but its pretty common in tokyo due to high density."

"All in all it was a wonderful stay! Close to Urayasu Station, several stores, shops, food court and supermarket right across the street from the hotel. A must go to is the supermarket with fresh fish, fruit and all sorts of great food! The food court is pretty good too. The only thing the hotel did not have was a gym. Other than that is was a wonderful place to stay and staff were extremely helpful."

"This hotel has comfortable beds and pillow. The convenience of the bus for going to Disneyland, Disneysea or Shin-urayasu station. Check-in was slow. I had no wifi in the room assigned so i had to move rooms. No assistance was provided to move rooms, eventhough i had unpacked, filled the fridge and washed clothes. They need to work on Customer service. Also there was supposed to be a bus at 7.15pm on Friday 10th as Disneysea closed at 6pm. The bus did not come and should have been pickup at 6.30pm."
