It was so nice and relaxing. The area we were in turned out to be very close to everything we needed. The shuttle to the train station was amazing. Every staff member was kind, patient and accommodating to all of our needs. I think this place has low ratings because some travelers dont like how small the rooms look or feel. I get that but its super convenient if youre traveling alone or with one other person. The rates are pretty cheap and it was perfectly halfway between Tokyo and Chiba Makuhari which was where we were going to Star Wars Celebration 2025. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the variety of it each day was fantastic. The bathrooms in the lobby were constantly cleaned. The washing machines and dryers were fast and helpful for maintaining all of our dirty laundry.
