The owner Christine was very quick to reply about any questions we had or even minor and normal repair issues that popped up. She obviously cares about the comfort of those who stay in her place. « The condo was a great get-away for us. Our host was highly responsive and gave us great information. He answered our questions very quickly. The staff of the lodge are over-the-top excellent in customer service. We enjoyed the walking trails, hot tub and pool. We would definitely rent this condo again. »

« Really lovely place in a gorgeous setting. We had a lot of fun browsing records and playing on the arcade table when we were staying in, and loved strolling by the lake. My only critique is that the door connecting the two rooms doesn’t close all the way. We were traveling with our two toddlers and a baby and because the door was useless the baby kept waking the toddlers up. Just beware that the two rooms are basically only separated nominally. »

« To be honest guys, we never stayed at this place. We were going to and had a change of plans. I would like you to know that Matt is a heck of a guy. We cancelled last minute. Our refund got denied through our insurance we bought. I contacted Matt, shortly after contacting him he stated that he understood and would refund us the full amount. Not many people do such things in today’s world. Thank you to Matt and his team. »

« It was clean. The bedroom was very nice and the bed was top notch. The problem with the place is that, while you are in beautiful natural surroundings of the Suncadia Lodge, this property has a view of nothing, not even the parking lot. For what the owners want you to pay per night, you would expect a little more. You are in the Suncadia Lodge; it shouldn't feel like you are at a hotel next to a major airport. »
