The room price and property experience are a mismatch. A few things- (1) property is dated everywhere (2) bathroom was cleaned but dated and beat up (3) it took forever to check-in with a room that was paid in advance. To be specific, we did a late check in and nobody else was in the lobby. The only good was the bed. The Bed was excellent
We stayed here for 1 night when passing through. We were happy with our room, which was very clean and comfortable. The pool was out of order which we knew about prior to booking. The front desk staff both in the evening and morning were friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay.
The clerk who checked us in was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to help fix a few small issues. Our friends needed a place to stay and she went the extra mile to help them get a room there.
She deserves a raise and is a perfect role model for others in the industry to follow!!
