« Enjoyed our stay. House was very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Wonderful towels. I was surprised to find that one of the full bathrooms was in the basement rec room. It worked out fine for us but I was expecting two bathrooms on the second floor with the three bedrooms. I could not tell from the online description where the bathrooms were located. « So happy that I came across Kingwood. I had communicated with the property manager that I would be a late check in and was reassured there would be no issue at all. Upon arrival my guest and I were greeted with by the very hospitable staff. Once we got settled into our very clean room we proceeded to the restaurant on the property where we had appetizers and cocktails. Food, beverage, and service all top notch. « Our room was VERY spacious and clean. The bed was comfy- the accommodations were perfect for us. It was a great location and we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant after a round of golf. This unit is on the 2nd floor that is only accessible by a short flight of stairs, so advise caution when booking if that would be an issue for you. »

« The house was clean, warm, and welcoming. It is in a very private setting in the woods, but a very easy walk to local stores, dollar tree, or a nice local brewery. We had a great time sitting by the fire and in the hot tub with the sound of the creek behind us, the kids even enjoyed a little swim. The creek is only about a foot at the deepest, so it was a short swim, but they enjoyed it! »

« It was really hard to find that actual address of the property. There was a musty smell and the paint in the glass door was peeling an flaking off. It was however very clean and tidy. There is absolutely no checking in before 3:00 p.m. I did wish they offered an additional blanket. »

« Our check in for one night was to be at 3:00 pm Friday afternoon, September 26. We had a issue come up at 11:30 am that morning. We called the host number and left a voicemail asking the host to call us back immediately. We never received a call back. The cutsomer service for this property is awful. I recommend you stay somewhere else. »

« I enjoyed my stay. The place is recently remodeled, so it looks very nice. It’s close to town but it feels like you’re miles away. The area around the place was peaceful and quiet. The host was very responsive on text and through the Vrbo app. »
