"We stayed here for a 3day girls trip.. from the first time we entered and talked to the customer service representative at the desk everything went smoothly she explained everything that we needed to know before we get up to our rooms.. the location is in an excellent area. Many museums, State Park the zoo..baseball stadium. which you can walk to if you don’t have a car which was great for us… the room was very comfortable. Well kept and clean..beds slept great. The microwave and refrigerator was a plus..overall this is a great decision to stay here and I will stay here again if I go back to Indianapolis.. did I mention the breakfast?😁 Every day was a different variety so you wasn’t eating the same thing every day everything was delicious 😋 I would suggest playing for parking beforehand. It’s cheaper than paying for it at the hotel if you drive."

"We stayed there for 5 nights. It would be fine for 1 night. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The rooms can definitely use some upgrading. The bathtub was very slippery and no bar to hold on too. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes it was great and others not so much, once we didn't get any more towels. It really doesn't bother me if the bed isn't made. The toilet paper is horrible. If you are going to be there for more than 1 night, bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There was no ice in the ice machine. We did not partake in the breakfast. During the week it was just waffles. I am not sure if it was different on the weekend. It does have an elevator, sounds a little rough but the building is old. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. There is a great restaurant at the Wyndham hotel within walking distance for dinner. It does say they serve breakfast but they weren't open. A few restaurants in the area. Very convenient location. Air conditioning was great. They had these rubber type curtains on the windows and they were super dirty on the top of the curtains, needs cleaning. Plenty of parking. The carpet needs to be removed and replaced with flooring. The building is showing it's age. I know they have been trying to make changes."

"This place is a great place to stay. My Only complaint is the breakfast and the pool. The pool was ice cold. The breakfast was constantly empty Of foods and it would take a long time to get filled up and they’d only then bring a couple of the item when there’d be a room full of people waiting. Was also disappointed in that someone with a gluten allergy wouldn’t be able to eat since items with gluten were in the same container as those not."

"Amazing hotel. We were there for the National Volleyball Championship tournament. The staff were all very professional and accommodating. The hotel itself is located near the convention center with a walkway that connects the two. There is a semi pro baseball field directly across the street along with the Lucas Oil-Colts Stadium within walking distance. The room we stayed in was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The surrounding area near the hotel was very clean. And downtown was short distance from the hotel. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in that area."
