"Charli the front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. The room and common areas were clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty."

"If I wasnt exhausted, I would have stayed somewhere else. Very ru down, dirty, old musty smell, broken drawers water damaged end tables and table tops, dirty shower. Didnt want to put my bare feet imon the carpet. Nothing good to say at all. And, I dont believe it is staffed very well. No one at the front desk, just a sign. I would never go back here "

"The sink and tub drain didn’t drain whatsoever. Literally couldn’t brush my teeth in the morning after I brushed them the night before. Was charged $44 for a service dog. Front was aware of dog at time of check in. A worker seen the dog next morning then the very next day they charged me the $44. Was refunded after documentation was verified. Things like that should be properly verified at time of check in. Shouldn’t have to worry about a business to being able to have access to charge card after check out."

"The AC did not work, gave us the wrong which lead to someone trying to come into our room at 3:30 in the morning. The next day our key cards did not work so had to get that fixed. Told them about the AC and they said someone would work on it but didn’t seem like they did. The second night temps dropped which made the room cooler but comes to find out there was a gap between the window and until which had a big amount of cold air from the outside come into the room. Very disappointed this stay compared to last year. Will not be returning. "

"Video checkin on a weeknight, through us off. Room clean, ample parking, far enough from hwy, so no noise."

"Room was near, clean. Beds comfortable. Bathroom very nice. Room was not soundproof, as we could hear loud noises and bangs coming from somewhere. TV remote did not function. Staff was cheerful and friendly."
