« We stayed 5 nights and only received 1 room cleaning. Had to ask for clean towels on night 3 and room was not cleaned until our last night. Front desk employees were very nice but apologized about the housekeeping but room was not cleaned the next day after we reported the problem. »

« I loved the hotel but the elevator was hard to learn to use at first as you had to use your room key to make out work. I was supposed to be refunded $20 but due to the last up front taking cash instead of card due to me not having money on my card for the $20 to be paid, I still have not received my $20 deposit back and I contacted the hotel twice now. I feel like under pressure a lot of things were not explained and now I’m out $20 due to a new hire not properly being trained. That’s a lot for...

« Our first room we checked for bed bugs. While it may not have been a bed bug per se, it was a bug on the bed. E called the front desk and they came and brought new keys for a new room on a higher floor (which i requested). They said they would alert their maintenance to check the room thoroughly. They were quick to resolve our issue with kindness and an apology. They did say that sometimes with soccer, spring beetles from the turf do appear. Sir enough there were many soccer kids teams...
