10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful mobile home. Spacious and comfortable living area! Enough space for my husband, myself, daughter and 3 grandkids. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was a 7 minute drive to our favorite part of the river we like to spend the day. Ample parking for our truck, boat and daughter's car. Enough space to park another vehicle. Nice bbq area. I look forward to returning!"

"Overall the property was great and we loved our stay. But it’s not a true 5 bedroom / 6 bathroom house. It’s say guest house but doesn’t say how many rooms in the guest house. It also didn’t say the guest house was cross the street. So keep that in mind when booking and families going. The dock also needs work needs cleats missing on one side."

"The property is beautiful on the outside. Plenty of docking area and spacious on the inside. The layout is a little bit inconvenient as the Kitchen is not open to where everybody is at. The kitchen is the biggest negative of this listing. It is super small, the stove is electric and it is awful to work with. The large range didn’t even work at all. Lots of the dishes and appliances are outdated. With the kitchen being so small there is so much clutter and knickknacks on the counter. The outdoor furniture had spiderwebs and hadn’t been dusted. Plenty of tables and seating in the outdoor area. The rooms were nice and spacious. The air-conditioning gets very cold. Overall, it was OK but definitely not worth the price. With the asking price we expected everything to be top-of-the-line and super up-to-date. The decor is super old-fashioned and antiquated."

"We had such a lovely stay. I highly recommend staying here. The home was absolutely beautiful. Very clean. The kitchen was fabulous and had everything you need. The living room was so comfy. Lots of room to relax and a beautiful view of the river made it so peaceful. We spent a lot of time out in the water near the dock floating on our raft. In fact, one day I believe my husband was out there for over 8 hours! lol. The beds were so comfortable! My husband said more comfortable than our bed at home. The bathrooms were all so nice too. Communication with the host was so easy and she was very helpful with everything! We 100% will be back again soon!"

"The house was very clean. The kitchen was unbelievably equipped with everything one would need to cook. There’s no need to take any small appliances (crockpot, toasters m, skillets) or other necessities. There’s a wide center island with bar stools that’s perfect for prepping food as well for people to hangout. There’s also a big table for a sit down dinner. The patio in the back has plenty of room with chairs to sit and enjoy a beautiful view of the riverfront. Make sure to enjoy an amazing sunset. The bedrooms are a good size and with two bathrooms downstairs. The Master Bedroom is big with an incredible view. There’s no need to take your boat in and out of the water. Your host, Lori is friendly and very prompt in responding to messages. It made our family vacation very enjoyable. We would definitely return and book this awesome house."
