Great location, friendly staff, up to date accomodations

Lovely room with two windows and a patio. Didn't know we needed the key card to get the lights on. There isn't anyone on staff to help you if you need anything, but felt safe with an amazing view and great bathroom.
Friendly staff. Nice and clean, walking distance to all of Lucca.
Great staff, great location. Was there during heatwave and could have done with colder air con during night.
This apartment was spacious and the view out the kitchen window to the main piazza was fantastic. Has a washing machine. Very comfortable.
The location of the hotel within Lucca’s Medieval walls is excellent for walking, seeing the numerous historical sites, and visiting great restaurants and shops.
