"The hotel offered exceptional service in all areas. My one qualm is the way the staff would talk in English regardless of my wish to converse in Japanese. Having come to Japan to immerse myself in the language and culture, this was disappointing. Aside for this, no complaints can really be made and I would not go as far as reducing the overall score based on this."

"Was a centrally located hotel within walking distance of shopping and the Hiroshima memorial. Great staff who are very eager to make check in smooth and a very good breakfast spread. Room was great as well"

"I’ve been going to this hotel for years. I took the cheapest room this time, which said it was noisy, but it wasn’t at all! Bathroom is quite wide, bed is comfortable, and it was really quiet. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It’s an older hotel that is quite famous in that area. Definitely would stay again. "

"Close to popular attractions. Hotel is not new but it’s clean and tidy. Room size is bigger than other hotels in the same class. "

"I had difficulty with the laundry, it was supposedly a wash and dry machine but it wasn't drying. I had to extend the dryer 5x until it was dry"

"Good hotel. Only strange thing is there was always music playing? At first I thought it was a guest, but I think it was playing in the hallways? I just played some white noise and drowned it out. Otherwise good stay, just needed a clean, safe place to sleep."
