« I was really disappointed in the breakfast. It wasn't well organized. The plates were at thd back of the room . Ran out of plates ,silver ware,food and I never saw napkins. We were there for 3 days and I gave them 2 chances never improved. »

« Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits. »

« Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. « I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...
