"I booked I standard double and when I was checking in it got changed without notice. We got changed to a floor unit and no way to lock the door from the outside on the floor patio when going to the beach. We Liked the fact we was steps to the beach but just hopping no one came inside our unit. No where in the bathroomto hang towels. Definitely need hooks for towels. Limited parking at the hotel. We had to park across the busy street to unload and get back across safely with our luggage "

"Staff was great. Room was horrible. Smelled musty, floor was wet in front of bath room. Water had seaped under the tiles. We had to leave a towel on the floor for two days to sop up the water. Bed was horrible and pillows were flat. We went to the Dollar General and bought pillows. Will never stay there again."

"The view n balcony were superb as were the queen beds. The A/C worked well. As for the negative I paid thru you then they charged me again at ck in. Have to wait 5-10 days for reimbursement after ck out. There were bugs in the room n I had to buy a broom to keep floors swept from sand, we only tracked in with r tennis shoe. There was no soap, it’s good I brought my own."

"We had a great time. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The resort pool and lazy river are great."

"The location is excellent-about a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk. The beach was beautiful and the Tiki bar on site was awesome. (Limited hours) The facility however needs some work. A fresh coat of paint (everywhere) and cleanliness would make a huge difference for this hotel."

"Our experience was a solid 9.5/10. We booked the king suite for a couples getaway. While these rooms don’t include a gulf view (we were aware), there are balconies at the ends of the hallways with beautiful views and a nice spot to step out and enjoy. The room was a great size for two people. There were a few minor cosmetic issues — the shower shelves needed some repair, the bedside lamps had slight rusting, and there was a little mildew around one of the windows — but nothing that took away from the overall experience. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for everyone. The poolside bar and food were great, and the pool, hot tub and lazy river overlooking the gulf was super nice. Parking was easy with plenty of space available. The staff and housekeeping team were incredibly helpful and accommodating with any questions we had. Beach access was super convenient, and honestly, we spent most of our time there. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!"
