When we were there there was work being done which is good to see that they are always looking to improve. That said you wouldn’t know a builder was there as they were very quiet and reserved. "Clean, practical, with most things you need, an iron and hairdryer too. I would have liked to have had plant based milk cartons in my room instead of dairy though, so l could have enjoyed a cuppa in my room. Shower head is fixed to the wall too, making it difficult to shower properly. But otherwise all was good. Staff are very friendly but not enough of them on reception. Cafe is nice, again, vegan options not as obvious as I'd have liked. I spent ages trying to work that all out. Generally a nice stay though. "
