The hosts at Blacksmiths have just completed a facelift including recruiting a new specialist cleaning team so guests can look forward to a comfortable stay. The large kitchen is furnished with everything you will need to comfortably self-cater during your stay. The kitchen includes oven, hob, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a comfortable seating area overlooking the well maintained and tranquil garden. On warmer days there is a BBQ outside with plenty of outside seating and a shed at the bottom of the garden where you can store your bikes. At the front of the house is a large cosy living area with a TV and a wood burner, the perfect room to snuggle down after a day of walking around Bosham harbour or even shopping in the nearby Chichester city centre. This property has 4 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a super king bed and a shower room en suite, 2 king size rooms and a bunk bed room with an extra pull out bed ( This bed is for the tenth person and can be put in any bedroom and must be requested). The family bathroom is on the top floor and has a bath and separate shower. There is plenty of parking for two cars. Wifi is available. Please note smoking or lit candles are not permitted in the house. The house is situated to the east of Bosham which is a quaint village on the Hampshire/Sussex boarder. From the house you can walk to the shore within a few minutes passing through the village itself which is charming and has a collection of sweet little independent shops and two wonderful pubs, The Barclay Arms and The Anchor Bleu which are well worth a try. If you venture into Chichester you will find a wonderful array of both independent and high street shops and boutiques. If you really fancy a treat book yourself a table at Purchases for a fabulous meal or just cocktails. For a great day out you can easily reach Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or The Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, home of BBC's The Repair Shop, both places are great fun for any age group. There is outlet shopping, cinema complex and bowling at GunWharf Quays which you can easily reach by car or train from Emsworth. For something a little different you can book seal watching boat trips from Hayling Island or hire kayaks from Emsworth Marina. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung.Zu erwähnen sind neben den vier Schlafzimmer, die beiden Wohnzimmer und die riesige Küche, die über alle Annehmlichkeiten und Ausstattungen verfügte. Besonders gemütlich machen es die Kaminöfen in den Wohnräumen.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die aussergewöhnliche, nette und freundliche Betreuung durch das Team von Henry Adams, dafür unseren ausdrücklichen Dank!!! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle sehr, sehr gerne wieder.Wer das britische Landleben mag, wird dieses Haus lieben, welches perfekt zum kleinen Hafen von Bosham gelegen ist. Binnen weniger Fussminuten erreicht man den kleinen Ortskern. Der lokale Pub, das Berkley Arms, ist nur rund 100m vom Haus entfernt und lädt zum abendlichen Besuch ein.Es war eine wunderschöne Woche!!We spent a wonderful week at Blacksmith Cottage.
