We received an upgrade to a suite which we enjoyed. The downside to this was that the room was next to the elevators. All day ther sound varied like a slamming door closing from far away to the wall shaking with a thud. At night was the worst when the bed would shake. The walls are thin too so horrible guests laughing and drunkenly coming back to the their rooms made it sound like they were in our room. Otherwise, good location, great amenities, thoughtful housekeeping.

I enjoyed this hotel for my 2-day stay. Checking in was a breeze and staff were kind. My only complaint was that one elevator was working, but with a little patience that could be over looked. The room was clean. No stains on the bedding or in the bathroom. The hotel was walking distance for some of the tourists attractions in the area.

The price is too high for what you get, the room was large, the bed was small, couch hard as a rock, shower was lousy(couldn't use soap or shampoo because of shower head angle), no microwave, weird refrigerator, had two telephone sized elevators, one of which was broken, for a 12 story building, no breakfast and maint (carpet, walls, bathroom paint was behind). Property was conveniently located.

Good hotel. Didn't visit the museum but it looked nice. There was a restaurant but the online hours said there was no breakfast on Sunday, but the hours posted on the door said there was? Very confusing, I wish they had a better breakfast.
