I can't believe this property is only a 2 star! The rooms are very basic, but they are very charming and just for sleeping and showering anyhow. We had no trouble sleeping, was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The wine and food offered for purchase was affordable and very good. Staff was helpful and kind. We drove all over exploring the towns in Chanti. There's so many wineries if we had more time we would have booked a tour. The pool and views at this place are amazing....

I spent three nights at the villa and couldn’t have been more pleased. The building is new and the rooms are equipped with modern conveniences. They have done very well to keep the look of an old Tuscan Villa while keeping the feel modern inside. The staff were very attentive and helped us with any questions we had.
