I.E. no wash cloths, not much sitting area, the tub wasn’t draining, very limited kitchen items, and many stairs to enter (3 flights) we were fine but if we would have rented for our parents, they would of really struggled.Communication was fine, and answered quickly when we had a question. "

She asked if she could stop by and when she did she was so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. We didn’t want to lose money on our security deposit so she immediately came over and assured us that they would not and said they would immediately fix/change if we would like.
