"This looks like the host’s vacation home, so the cabin is well-stocked with anything you need. The location is about as close as you can get to Lassen Volcanic National Park. Heating is easily adjustable to your preference. Be aware that grocery stores are far away, so stock up before you get there. Would be perfect for two adults and two children. The primary bedroom’s king size bed was very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood but we were there in early May, long before the season. Strong Wi-Fi available via Starlink. I recommend this rental!"

"The room was clean and spacious, the bed was ikay but a little worn/soft. The hot tub was nice and warm, though a lot of leaves floating. The breakfast was great, one of the best free breakfasts I've had. At check in they had put out a tray of cookies. They staff was always cheerful and friendly. "

"We booked it because of the location. My guys love to fish and this was lakeshore and I can see them from the window if I wanted to. Karen and Clint were the most present owners I’ve ever experienced. There to make sure we were welcomed, addressed with persistence any issues we had (tv got fixed) or that others had near the property, some people might be put off but we were delighted. Had great tips on who to chat up in town on the best fishing spots (not everyone likes to give that away) and where to eat, all the locals were friendly, we even went to Easter mass in town. Guys got lucky and caught a couple of fishes, so in addition to all else mentioned, this sealed the deal and we’ll probably be back. "
