"Super convenient, clean, and friendly hotel for our one-night stay for a concert at Harrah's Event Center. They have a shuttle that runs to/from the casino every 20 minutes. The hotel is older, but our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The price was reasonable, too."

I had to use the phone on the desk to call them again. She came and checked the tv and then said she was going to call the cable company. Came back a few minutes and said the cable was having problems. The tv never came on. "
