Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Checking in was smooth and the lobby was beautiful. We requested a non-smoking room, which we got, and they also provided the buckwheat pillows as previously requested. We also received a surprising complimentary welcome snacks, with herbal dessert later on the first day. I got the airport shuttle and the member from the hotel was responsive. The property is nice and convenient located near a subway exit. We were arriving back to the hotel yesterday and the receptionist gave us some soup. Nice touches.
