When I arrived the staff were really helpful and accommodating. I searched through many city centre hotels in Chengdu before booking this one. The pictures of the hotel and the reviews made it stand out. However, it was so much better than the pictures conveyed. The rooms,gardens, traditional decoration and the staff were of the highest level. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who is looking for a special experience in Chengdu, China.
