Great service
"Big shout out to Rose, Sathish & Rithika helping me with all my needs. Concierge’s were awesome with my constant touring weee looking after my luggages.
During IPL week, plastic bottles were used. This weekend, I see only glass bottles in my room. I wish plastic was avoided. "

"Personalized care with attention to detail. Very welcoming, cheerful staff. A complete gym with quality machines. Breakfast and dining options are varied for every palate. The chef and restaurant staff take care to include healthy options. I did not want for anything. Five stars all around. "

"Description does not match with reality. Under Staffed and no courtesy from staff, rooms are not clean and below par conditions. The amount they charged and service we got has no correlation. Will not recommend this hotel and will not prefer in future"

"The staff were magnificent, all very helpful especially amen in the breakfast area. Food was great high quality with a good selection of European and Indian dishes. The facilities in the room were good with access to English language films and sport. It was a bit away from everywhere else and there could have been better facilities on the beach as the sea did look inviting. On the whole thumbs up all round. It is what I expect from a 5 star hotel. "
