"Roy the manager went over and above to help us during the check in process. Let us check in early as our room was ready. We were upgraded to a deluxe double room. The room was clean and extremely spacious had floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and bathroom. So it felt light and airy. Lots of mod cons like a blue tooth radio and Nespresso coffee machine. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate and there was a bottle of milk and two bottles of water in the fridge. Lovely comfy bed and a great waterfall shower. I forgot to reserve parking so phoned the number on the booking and got through straight away to a real person none of this automated stuff. They sorted the parking out for us there and then. Hotel was right in the middle, walking distance from lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. Ideal for our two night break. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again. "

"Stayed at the Qeens previously. The room we had was good. Nice and clean but a noisy bar on opposite side of road so not great Thought breakfast was expensive at £20pp "

"So nice. Lovely bedroom, absolutely immaculate. A small fridge would have been useful though. "

"Booked a Junior Suite and very disappointed with the room - bed was very uncomfortable, walls very thin so kept awake for most of the night with noises in the corridor and adjacent rooms, room amenities were outdated and poorly maintained."

"Not very close or walkable to most things we wanted to see, but beautiful regency neighborhood. Parking was easy. No elevator so we did have to carry our large bags by hand. "

"Check in procedure was a bit unusual for me, if I’m honest. It took a couple of phone calls, emails and having to download their app. That said straightforward once you understood it. Paid offsite parking is a block away. Wouldn’t have been ideal if I’d had a suitcase to lug around. Parking and accommodation on separate invoices. I had clocked it not a hotel, but serviced boutique apartments. Location is great. Good choice of eateries close by. All said, now that I know what to expect I’d probably use again for a short visit. "
