This third floor condo is beautifully decorated in warm rich tones, finished with cherry woods, touches of stainless steel, tile and granite. Entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless steel appliances. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 7 comfortably in 1174 square feet. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and 2 comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. The Executive 2-bedroom condos are \~280 square feet larger than a typical 2-bedroom condo. The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer. This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging. Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake! The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather. Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund. Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station. Right in the center of everything. Easy walking distance to downtown. The suite was clean, offered plenty of space to spread out for 4 adults, and had great waterfront views. Like others stated, the property is a little dated but the rooms are very well kept and updated. My only nitpick would be the bedroom curtains. They do not close very well and do not offer much privacy. We had to use a chip clip to keep them closed all the way.
