The color scheme doesn't match, and the overall ambiance is tired and dated. Moreover, the pricing of the accommodations seems unjustified considering the actual state of the property. While I understand that appearances can sometimes be deceiving, the disparity between the online portrayal and the real-life experience is too vast to overlook. While the staff were polite and accommodating, the disappointment of the disparity between expectation and reality made me leave and not stay, therefore losing my money. I hope that in the future, the hotel will strive for more transparency in its advertising to avoid similar letdowns for other guests. "Charming hidden gem around Chautla. One of the best Mision Hotel that I've stayed. The property is beautifully kept. The staff is always there whenever you need something. We felt very cared. Food is delicious at the restaurant. The access from the hotel to the castillo is very convenient. A big applause to the staff doing the leyendas tour, it was excellent!! Definitely a place I would stay again without doubt."
