"COLD “Hot Tub” - the pool was actually warmer! It was very disappointing since it was the main reason I booked it. Arrived after 12 hour day of driving. Booking came with two free drinks, but we were charged for them. They took them off the bill, but c’mon… Hotel and room were nice, with secure parking."

En nuestro caso el cuarto era muy frío y en las mañanas se nos iba la electricidad. El personal fue muy amable y busco siempre dar una solución. El restaurante español del lobby muy rico y el desayuno del lounge también."

"Room was freezing cold. Temperature at night dropped to 9 degrees Celsius and the bed only had one blanket and no heating. We were denied a 45 minutes late check out although hotel was half empty. "
