### Cozy Apartment Surrounded by Nature

Le Petit Rascard is the perfect base to discover the Aosta Valley in every season, offering nature, culture, and sports. Its central location allows you to easily reach the Cervinia ski area (25 km, also open in summer), Torgnon (14 km), Chamois (17 km), and Pila (cable car at 25 km), as well as the historic city of Aosta with its Christmas markets and numerous castles. The St. Vincent thermal baths are just 2 km away. Ideal for smart working and relaxation.  
  
The 90 sqm apartment is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, you’ll find a double bedroom, a private room with a three-quarter bed, a study, and a bathroom with WC and bidet. Upstairs, there is a bright open space with a sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub/shower, and a mezzanine with exposed beams. The large, well-equipped garden is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.  
  
The mountains are a state of mind, where the heart rests and the mind finds balance.
