"The place itself was good. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The host interaction was bad. I sent numerous messages with no response and had to resort to calling the number provided for urgent issues. The internet service went down and with no explanation all day. Eventually restored later that night. The person I spoke to was pleasant, but couldn’t help with the internet. She did bring over the towels I requested immediately. The host never responding to any messages during the entire stay was an issue. "

"The rooms and service was awesome!!Contacting management at 815 pm was not too terrible for a lock the bathad died in locking us out of the room. They were propmpt at fixing the issue and pleasant to work with. "
