"The hotel was clean and staff friendly. I thought it odd that for some of the amenities you had to ask for them at the desk, an iron for example. I assume the ironing board and coffee pot as well as there wasn't one in the room. We chose this particular hotel because listed that it had a pool. The pool was closed for our visit, so we were disappointed. The desk clerk said that it should have been listed as closed on the website, but it wasn't. She did tell us that there was a nearby lake we could try. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a person come to our room daily for towel exchange, trash removal and supply replacement."
