"The chalet was perfect - fantastic location within walking distance of 2 chairlifts and an easy drive to others. The chalet was very spacious with plenty of rooms and bedrooms - the kitchen was especially well stocked . Yveline the owner was very helpful - she made restaurant bookings in advance for us, organised daily deliveries of fresh bread and croissants and helped out when we had a couple of transport issues. "A great chalet located next to Sherpa supermarket and a short walk to the centre of Chatel with all the cafes, restaurants, bakeries and Super Chatel ski lift. The chalet is very clean, well equipped (washing machine a bonus) and warm. Hosts are great and easy to communicate with. The welcome gifts are a nice touch. Will definately recommend."

"We were a group of 10 with an age range of 10 to 69 years. The chalet was ideal for us all (we are all fit and mobile). Check in was very good and easy, facilities were as described, it all made for a very enjoyable stay in Chatel. We will be looking to stay in Loutsa again."

"The apartment is very well located for skiing and walking however, on the Verbo website, it lists two double rooms but actually there is only one. The other two are bunk rooms which was awkward with two couples. The Wi-Fi is quite weak and the non-stick pans need replacing. But the chalet is warm, comfortable and welcoming and the owner very responsive. Easy to access with good parking (except our bay was full of snow) so we parked in a visitor space of which there are several."

Rooms were great and the shower/bath were brill - warm and comfortable. Boot room was great but lacking a bit of seating and was always wet on the floor - the lockers needed hooks. "A good 2-star hotel that was pretty decent value. Very helpful with a late arrival and staff lovely to my two young children. Room as basic but warm and the beds decent. A shower in the bath without a screen always annoys me though! A bit of a walk up to the village and Super Chatel gondola but also a bus stop right out the front. Overall pretty good and would probably stay again. "

"The house is just as described. It is great for families with little children. Plenty of toys. The kitchen is small but functional and the views are amazing. Patricia communicated everything that we needed. A great experience."
