Elegant Apartment is one of seven fully renovated apartments located within the Belmont Farmhouse just 1 block off "downtown" Belmont. It offers 1 bed, 1bath, a living area and full kitchen and private balcony. Located towards the backside of the building with an exterior entrance on the 2nd level. Excellent location, on a quiet street, and within a minutes walk to some of the area's best restaurants (MAS, The Local, Tavola, Belle, Con Mole, Junction) and about a 10 -15 minute walk to the highly sought after Downtown Mall (pedestrian). Elegant Suite is primarily an "extended stay" rental with a typical minimum night stay of 30 days although may be occasionally offered for short term rentals. Please call to inquire about pricing for stays longer than 31 days.

A plenty-big-enough studio apartment
The apartment felt big for its size, as there was a door closing off the bedroom, and a partial wall betwen the living room and kitchen. No dedicated dining room, but the big open desk doubled as a dining room table when we had people over. Otherwise, we mostly ate at the little table in the kitchen, or outdoors on the porch. Or at the many restaurants that were mostly right across the street Belmont is a lively, charming neighborhood, and the downtown mall is easy walking distance. A lovely place to stay

Located in the Belmont district, the unit was perfect for our weekend. The unit is exactly as shown and it is comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The best part is the location! Walking distance, literally behind, Belmont’s Main Street where you have the quaintest restaurants. Main Street Mall is 1/2 mile walk where you find tons of bars, restaurants and two main art venues, the Jefferson and Paramount Theaters. We will definitely come back!
