"The hot water was hit and miss, it eventually warmed up the second day. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on our last night due to staff shortages, too bad an automated message or a note on the front desk would have helped us plan. Overall a good stay with a spacious room with harbour views. We would definitely stay there again if we are in PeI."

Hampton Inn & Suites Charlottetown

"We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Bay by Hilton! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, with plenty of options and fresh food. The overall service was excellent, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our stay. A great hotel for both families and couples. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Hotels location is great value for the area. All downtown is in easy walking distance. The renovated rooms very good. Very well done. The hotel advertises breakfast but as their dining room is being renovated the breakfast is a selection of fruit, granola bars and cookies in the room with the in room coffeemaker and powdered milk."

"The location was excellent, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. There was no parking for the hotel but there was a parking garage within a minutes walk, practically next door. This hotel is best suited as a one night stop on a journey, modern with small rooms and basic furniture, no armchair, no closet, a few coat hangers on the wall, a reception desk on ground level with a solitary staff member. It was as I had expected. The shower was clean, modern and the bed comfy and firm. Both receptionists were very helpful. The cafe area closed at 9pm the evening of our stay so there was no opportunity for breakfast but we were recommended an excellent restaurant within a block. The only negative I would comment on was that there were scuffs on the room walls that could have been wiped clean and the paint on the desk chair was badly chipped but I would definitely stay there again."
