The breakfast was really good if you stay here don’t skip out. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in town.

I like Hyatt hotels because they include breakfast and usually pretty clean. Our room had a weird smell, no shower gel, the sheets were dirty on the sofa bed. The sofa bed sheets included a doll someone left behind and toilet tissue. The other 2 queen bed sheets looked better than the sofa bed sheets, but still needed to be changed. It was late so I informed the front desk and requested clean sheets so I could change all the sheets in the room. I attempted to talk to the manager at the hotel in the morning, but she avoided me. They told me she would be available at 8:30am, then 10:00am and then Noon. They also told me she would call me which she never did. The breakfast eggs, turkey sausage and coffee needs to be improved. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager should have spoken to me and addressed my concerns, but apparently that was asking for too much. There are plenty of hotels in the area and No reason to stay here.

The stay was fine but the check in was terrible due to booking with expedia. The reservation never went through and we were not in their system, so we could not get a room. The staff tried to contact expedia customer service and the whole process took 2 hours to fix. It was lost time we could have used to get to know the area.

My stay at the Hyatt was good until I checked out. There was an unauthorized charge on my card for a “movie”. My remote didn’t even work during our stay at the Hyatt until check out day when I had to go downstairs to request for some batteries. Not sure who ordered a movie but they charged it to the wrong room. It took days to get the charge removed and I had to reach out to them multiple times. With that being said make sure to always get a receipt at the end of your stay. Room was nice, staff was alright other than when requesting for missing items that should have already been in the room (like more than 1 wash cloth, working batteries for the remote) that weren’t you have to come down to the front to get it yourself instead of them bringing it up to you. The complimentary breakfast was decent, more options than typical hotels.
