« Everything was clean and looked well maintained. The bathroom looked updated, the bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is to put a mirror in the main room outside of the bathroom. »

« A decent place to stay for the price. Convenient to dining options. The room was clean and well lit. Water pressure was fine. The mattresses were a bit soft for my liking. There was no hair dryer in the room. 😟 When staff cleans a room there should be a checklist of essentials they sign to indicate the room is ready. Having ear plugs supplied at the bedside should’ve been an early indicator of a noisy air conditioner. The staff is trying hard, but renovations are needed. »

« We stayed at the Red Roof Inn Charlestown Indiana for 4 days. Highlights of the stay were that the room was clean and the location was convenient. The pool area seemed to be clean as well. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with some of the amenities. The VIP reward that I was to receive for booking through Expedia didnt happen. « I love hampton suites. Very roomy and well laid out. What I didn't like was the noise from the bathroom. Sounded like a water leak with a constant drip sound. I reported it and was told it was a fan making the noise. 2nd night we turned on the bathroom fan and shut the door. This worked pretty well. All in all nice stay minus the drip sound the first night. Very friendly pleasant hotel staff. »
