### The Tropic - Large Jungly Oasis, Great for Groups

Welcome to the Tropic! Private single-family home with large screened-in porch and jungly backyard less than 10 minutes to downtown and 15 to beach. Walkable to coffee shops, bars and dining. Outdoor dining, grill and deck, tropical plants, a work station, off-street parking and more.  
  
Spacious bedrooms. The new master suite features a rainfall shower, king bed and double doors opening to the private backyard.

This bungalow home has tons of privacy and a relaxed, tropical feeling - all while being in the middle of it all.  
  
Close to everything Charleston has to offer - the marsh, the ocean, Avondale food and nightlife scene, the Angel Oak Tree, King Street and downtown, Folly Beach, James Island, West Ashley shopping- yet the property\`s Ocean Pine trees make it feel like a retreat.  
  
This is a ranch style home with an additional 750 square-foot bedroom with en-suite bathroom constructed in 2016, as well as a 500+square foot screened-in porch.  
  
Guests have access to the entire property. There is parking for several cars in the driveway and street parking is available. There are washer/dryers for your use during your stay. Let me know if you have any questions or how else we can help you enjoy your stay!

Avondale is a lively yet relaxed, family-friendly and walkable neighborhood known for its colorful murals, nightlife and food scene of its own. At the same time, Avondale is just over the bridge from all that downtown Charleston has to offer.  
  
The neighborhood is walkable and bikable to coffee shops, shopping, restaurants and more.   
  
10 minutes or less to downtown, 15 minutes to the airport, 20 to Folly Beach and 25 minutes to Sullivan\`s Island Beach.

#### Awesome spot for groups!

Came to Charleston for an eleven person bachelor party, Taylor was an excellent host who was super responsive and made sure we were taken care of and comfortable! The Tropic is a great spot to stay at and I wish I could give it 6 stars! Awesome if you're looking to get to Charleston with a few friends or a group of people!
