    "Wow" is what you'll say when you see the view at this oceanfront beach home with an elevator and an in-ground heat-able pool. This 6 bedroom, 4 bath home with additional square footage on the ocean side porches makes for comfortable gathering and relaxing areas.
    This is a reversible floor plan home to maximize the views from the main living area.
    The first floor features a wood-floored media room with a flat panel TV which allows access to the first-floor porch leading to the ocean-side pool.
    A guest bedroom with a Queen bed and TV has an ocean view and shares a full Jack & Jill bath with a King guest bedroom with TV. This bathroom features 2 separate marble-topped vanities and a walk-in shower. Another ocean-side bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The 4th bedroom has two twins and TV. Both of these bedrooms share a hall bath with a marble top vanity and a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is conveniently located in the hallway with a full-sized washer and dryer.
    The second floor boasts spectacular ocean views from the open main living area. The living room is outfitted with a sofa, loveseat, and 2 chairs, a TV, gas fireplace, access to the second-floor porch, wood floors, and commands the best view of the Atlantic from the double French doors and large picture window. The dining room seats 8 with amazing ocean views.
    The kitchen has white cabinets, granite countertops, and an island that has 3 stools. Stainless appliances include a refrigerator, smooth top electric range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. A white tile backsplash complements the clean, contemporary look.
    The primary suite and primary bath are on this floor. This spectacular oceanfront bedroom features a King bed, TV, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and access to the second-floor porch. The spacious primary bath boasts a fully tiled, walk-in shower with a bench seat and marble-topped vanity. There is a full hall bathroom on this floor too which is offered for third-floor use.
    The third floor is a large bedroom with 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds; a picture window overlooking the ocean and a TV. It accesses the 2nd-floor full hall bath with a marble top vanity and walk-in shower with a bench seat.
    The large, in-ground pool with a wrap-around deck offers an oasis for relaxing and sunbathing! The private boardwalk leads you to the award-winning, Isle of Palms sandy beach. The pool can be heated for $500 plus tax & fees per week. We heat our pools to 85 degrees. Pools will get 20-25 degrees warmer than the coldest temperature. Adding Pool Heat does not guarantee the pool will be warm enough to swim in during the colder seasons.

    Pricing & Availability:
    Enter arrival dates and departure dates. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees. For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.
    --Policy--
    When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.

    Damage Protection:
    In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.

    Travel Insurance:
    Management Company offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost-plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
    If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

Oceanfront heaven! Our group of 6 friends really enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful home. Views for days….we really enjoyed having our breakfast and coffee on the porch, taking in the stunning views. Followed that up with yoga by the pool, a nice long walk on the beach, shower, and easy Uber into Charleston for shopping, dinner, tours and nightlife. Perfectly balanced trip with a little something for everyone. The rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely return!

Great family vacation

Loved proximity to beach. Place was clean, had good supply of kitchen ware, linens and towels. Could have used more bathrooms, 4 bedrooms small with limited space for luggage, shared 2 small bathrooms. Overall, We had a good time.

The location is perfect, close enough to everything you need but very private with very few people on this part of the beach. The layout of the house worked great for our family with plenty of room to spread out. We cooked most evenings and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also appreciated having the grill and used it several times. We loved the pool and the convenience of the beach being steps away from the house. We're definitely coming back next year!

Dredging was taking place right in front of our place a couple days, but we did not let that deter us from walking the beach. The minor things we experienced were taken care of right away. The realty office personnel were great! When the freezer was not making enough ice, they were very quick to bring us ice. Overall, we could not have chosen a better house to vacation in. It was wonderful!!

The house was clean and in a great location away from the main beach. Having the private pool is a plus, and it is a good size. The home is a good size for our family of 13. Definitely need golf carts though to travel into town to shop and eat. There is plenty of outside seating. We have rented this home several times. We liked the extra refrigerators. Perfect addition. It was another great week making memories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I could not have asked for a more perfect location to celebrate my birthday. There was lots of room for all my friends and family. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We utilized both porches looking down at pool as well as views of the ocean. The location was great in that it was far enough away from the center of town and crowds but closed enough if we need to run to store. There were few people on our part of the beach. The beach was just steps away from the house.Oh another plus was the garage on the ground floor. We set up a low country boil down there and then we also had an oyster roast. Plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely recommend this house for a larger group, we never felt we were on top of each other. My only recommendation if the owners would consider would be to add an ice maker. With so many people we had to go get ice often. But that was an easy fix. Thank you for allowing us to stay in a perfect beach home.

Poor First Impression

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented Beachfront Homes on the Isle of Palms every year for the past 15 years with various Management Groups. 312 Ocean Blvd was the first home that did not make a good first impression. The door to enter the house from the garage was marked up terribly and was covered in mold stains (several pictures of door were taken). The mold and mildew stench on the first floor (bedroom floor and sitting area) was overbearing. Having only the upper floor (which was already smaller in space than most other beach rentals in this price range) made the entire living experience feel very cramped. When picking up the keys at check-in, the first conversation with the East Islands Rental staff was how temperamental the elevator was (and they were right - it froze before we could ever fully use it to help take our supplies to the upper floor). With all this said about the house, it really was not bad (great ocean front view; clean pool; and comfortable furniture). IMO, the fault lies with the Management Group for not inspecting the cleanliness of the door and the downstairs odor before we arrived (we bought mold and mildew pods to remove the odor, which was gone after a day and a half). My question is whether I can trust renting from East Islands Rentals in the future. I feel sorry for the family who owns this property.

Underwhelmed

We paid a good amount for a week at this beachfront home. It is a good beachfront location with a pool. The house really needs some maintenance and upkeep to make it worth the money. We pulled up and went up the stairs from the carport. We were greeted with a filthy door leading into the first level. The first level has 4 BR and 2 baths. We opened the door and were greeted with a musty aroma. Wow not a good start. I went back down to grab the elevator to get our stuff to the second level. After 10 minutes of trying to get the elevator to work ( including going to each of the 3 floors it stops at) I couldn’t get any door to the elevator to open. Called the rental agency and they sent out a maintenance person. We finally got an elevator door open and I took a load to the second floor. Tried to open the elevator door and again I couldn’t get it open. Another call to the rental agency and maintenance came back out. The solution was to give us a metal rod to stick in a hole in the door to push a switch up so the elevator doors will open. Not very comfortable to ride a sketchy elevator. The rest of the house has dirty couches and chairs in the den, dirty cabinets around the handles, wasp nests above the front door, and just overall a not well maintained house. If I were you I wouldn’t stay here.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house's location and proximity to the beach were excellent, but the house itself was not on par with the high standards of care and cleanliness we typically experience when renting homes on Isle of Palms. These were the particular problems we noticed:Exterior:Paint was peeling on much of the trim, leading to an overall impression of shabbinessThere are at least three wasp's nests above the front doorGarbage is strewn throughout the bushes and shrubs, particularly those located directly below the decksInterior:Dust covers most of the light fixtures in the house, and many of the rooms have cobwebs hanging from walls and ceilingsMissing tiles in the upstairs master bathroom are a trap for dirt and bacteriaLiving room (upstairs) furniture is absolutely grubby from years of use and lack of cleaningKitchen cabinets are sticky with built-up grime--also from years of use and lack of thorough cleaningQuilts in most of the bedrooms had visible stains, leading us to question when they had last been launderedNearly every wall and ceiling was dented, stained, or otherwise marredThe queen bedroom downstairs (the one that shares a bathroom with the king bedroom) smells strongly of mildew/moldIn short: 312 Ocean Blvd. is a house in need of some TLC. This house could be really lovely if someone just took the time and effort to clean it properly and give it a lick of paint.
