Located in the home’s original carriage house at the rear of the property, you’ll walk upstairs and step into the open living, dining and kitchen space. The comfortable living room features high vaulted ceilings and offers plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. Chat with your friends or family as you prepare drinks or a meal from the open kitchen, which comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and an island that seats four. French doors off the open living space leads onto your private piazza – the perfect place to enjoy a moment of quiet before heading out on your adventures. Just off the main living space is the first king-sized bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that includes a large single vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. You can walk to most all the main sights if you can handle 1.5 to 2 mile walk at the furthest. On the other hand, Lyft etc is very inexpensive since it is so close. It was so close to all the fun that the city has to offer. We were definitely spoiled to have 3 rooms with 3 king bed and everyone had their own bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are full king with extremely comfortable beds and bathroom as well as more than enough room in the closets. The common spaces of the blended family room and kitchen were exactly what we hoped when expecting to entertain. The added bonus of the large patio deck was our morning get started hangout for all of us. Wonderful property and less than a medium grade hotel room 2 blocks away. ##### David S. The property was very attractive and clean. We loved having breakfast on the piazza every morning! The check in and out was seamless. The property manager kept in contact to make sure all was going well and very timely with answers to any questions we had.Great location to walk to numerous restaurants as well as using the local shuttle transportation to any of the Charleston sites.As the owners note, parking is very tight on the property. You have 2 designated parking spaces under the property. Street parking is limited but there is a parking garage fairly close. We parked our cars and walked or used local transportation.Our group was already talking about coming back before we even left! ##### Julie W. The parking was very tight. Our friends had a full size SUV and it was impossible to get it into a spot. People in another group had a minivan and were afraid to move their car. The 3rd group had a small SUV, and they were able to get it into a spot but said they weren't going to mover it until they left. We had a Camry, and it fit fine. Don't let the rental car company give you a free upgrade to a bigger vehicle or you won't fit... ##### Steven R.
