"We only stayed the one night, but service was good. We got a free bottle of wine so that was a bonus. Easy access to Terminals as the sky bridge goes straight in front of entrance. Only disappointing bit was even thou we arrived at 4pm the restaurant was fully booked to 8.30pm - so only food option was the bar. But to be fair bar area was good and service too. So over all would recommend and we have stayed here many times with no issues."

"My expectations were low given the review score, but I was pleasantly surprised and thought the hotel was great value for money. The hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable and had everything I needed in a hotel on a city break - hot shower, comfy bed, hairdryer… staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great- less than ten mins walk from the main coach station where i arrived and departed from and i loved the area overall - lots of cute independent bars and restaurants in the little streets around it and lots of great street art too. The only thing worth mentioning is to maybe avoid booking the windowless rooms in summer as they’re very warm! I raised this with reception straight away to see if they could cool the room somehow and they kindly moved me to a room with.a window instead. But overall I thought it was great value for money given the price point and would definitely stay there again. "

"This guy s perhaps the nicest hotel in the UK I have ever stayed in. Every aspect mentioned scores a 10. Furthermore, the steak I ordered as room service was perhaps the best steak I’ve ever had in a hotel and also on a par with some of my favourite restaurants I’ve eaten in, during the last 5 years
Room ready as soon as I arrived. Hotel staff excellent. Facilities excellent and the whole stay had a nice ambience. Breakfast spread outstanding
Quiet and so clean you could have eaten food off the floor
A memorable stay for all the right reasons with a plethora of such reasons "
