Chapel Tours and Activities

During our six nights stay, we're provided with only two rolls of toilet paper, one of which was already partially used. Although I visited the front desk to request a replacement- and promptly corrected the room number after an initial error- the items were never delivered, eventually forcing my husband to use the facilities in the lobby. While the hotel is clean and ideally located, the lack of attention to basic room essentials was very disappointing. Our stay was September 8 to the 14th this year.

Clean room, just had steps with luggage.

The rooms are very outdated. Carpet was torn. Barely could figure out the shower as it was an antiquated setup. Porcelain tub with shower curtains. Hallway floors were heavily worn also. Staff was incredibly nice.
