This charming ground-floor home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility, making it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful island of Crete. Located just 4.5 km from Souda Port and approximately 9 km from Chania Airport, the property provides easy access to all major transportation hubs, allowing guests to start their adventures with minimal hassle.  
Although situated near the main road, the house is tucked away behind a large yard and lush garden, providing a peaceful and private setting perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing or beach visits. The garden is an inviting space where guests can enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening surrounded by greenery and the soothing sounds of nature.  
The nearest beach is only 2 km away and easily accessible on foot, offering a wonderful opportunity for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean.
