"We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly hotel clerk. Check in was quick and efficient. As my husband and I are both seniors, being given the option of a 1st floor room was a plus. Our room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely choose to stay at the Cod Cove Inn again should we ever have an occasion to be in the area again in the future."

"We loved the house--it was homey and clean, and it felt like someone's actual home. So many short term rentals these days are investment properties and feel like they've been outfitted by AI--something that had a vague idea of what a human on vacation might want, but no actual human experience. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the things we needed, the livingroom was cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. Sitting on the warm rocks down by the beach was lovely, and there are SO many great places to walk nearby. We highly recommend the Appalachee Preserves, which are just a short walk away. We ate out at Ports of Italy and the Thistle Inn and both were delicious. We had a great visit and would definitely stay here again. "

"This stay was a dream. As advertised. Would stay again. Easy directions, entry and had anything we needed. Drove as far as Acadia to hike and stayed local too. Even had a family emergency to ER (no fault of the property) and the Maine coastal ER care and service was fantastic. Thank you for the great experience! Highly recommend."
