« We were in Chama like many hundereds of people for the Cumbres-Toltec train ride agan this year. Single Tree Cottage was perfectly located near the station... not too close, not to far. We absolutely loved the place. Excellent kitchen, very confortable bedrooms, great dining area for the four of us, and a nicely arranged sitting area to gather and talk. We will definitely want to stay there the next time we visit. »

« If you are planning to stay in Chama and are riding the train, this is the place for you. Staying in this train engine tiny home met and exceeded our expectations. The unit is very new and maintained with the guests in mind. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our overall stay. And on another note is the outstanding awesomeness of our hosts. « The caboose was lovely, cozy and comfortable. There is a street light on the adjacent corner to the caboose which reflects light into the downstairs bedroom. It’s very bright in the bedroom at night which did affect sleep. A blackout shade perhaps? Otherwise we loved our stay! »

« We brought my parents to Pagosa for a few days get away and we could not have picked a better place to stay. This property had everything we needed and the views were the icing on the cake. The morning sun rises were beautiful and we even had a couple of mornings where the elk made the views even more picturesque.
