« I couldn’t travel due to the Tube strikes so a couple of days beforehand I asked to move the booking and requested they waived any charge but accepted I would pay the same price even if the cost of the room was less on a new date. I knew there was a risk I’d lose my money but it was worth a conversation. Despite several attempts to contact them they totally ignored both me and Hotels.com until the day when they said they told Hotels.com they wouldn’t accept anything and I’d be charged the full...

« Le prix était intéressant par rapport à la localisation dans Londres. Mais au niveau de la propreté et de la vétusté de la chambre, cela laissait vraiment plus qu’à désirer. La chambre numéro 3 nous a été attribuée et nous avons découvert un escalier tapissé non aspiré, un verrou de porte très abîmé à se demander si on pouvait laisser nos sacs pendant notre absence. Des rouleaux de poussières sous les lits et des draps propres mais tachés en rajoutait à notre déception d’avoir choisi cet hôtel....

"Hôtel très bien situé avec métro à proximité, personnel agréable et petit déjeuner très complet. La propreté de la chambre pourrait être accentuée de manière générale (moquette tachée, sol de la salle de bain abîmé notamment) Bain à remous qui ne fonctionnait pas, vestiaire de la piscine assez vétustes et les casiers qui se ferment avec un cadenas non fourni Hôtel avec beaucoup de monde, bien dans son ensemble mais ça ne vaut pas le 4 étoiles. Je ne recommande pas spécialement mis à part pour la localisation "

"La chambre simple est propre et la salle de bain privée est équipée d’une baignoire. Le lit est un peu étroit mais confortable. Bien pour un court séjour et prix raisonnable. Bien situé. Par contre, l’isolation sonore est à refaire. Il y avait une ouverture en dessous de la porte de la chambre, j’entendais tous les bruits extérieurs (conversations, claquements de porte etc.) "

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was very impressed by the quality of the welcome we received. All the staff went out of their way to make us happy. We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again! "
