"The room I purchased was given to someone else. Once they decided to put us in another room, they gave us double bed when I purchased a king. The card for the parking didn’t work so had to go back again to fix that. Then the sports lounge has cockroaches on the floor that I also recorded to report. I would NEVER go here again. The staff was terrible and acted like we were bothering them to get into a room we paid for."

"Cold rooms had to sleep with hoodie on because no heat in rooms. Thin walls hear neighbors conversations, and loud housekeepers yelling and laughing in hallway and in rooms. Then outside vacuum cleaners came in hotel being loud early Sunday morning couldn’t sleep in. A subpar breakfast and coffee, no complimentary water. Highly disappointed for the money I spent on a getaway weekend with my boyfriend."

"For a non-smoking property, the hallways sure did have a strong weed smell. The room and bathroom needed updating. It looks like they were in the process of renovating rooms and common areas. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff was very friendly upon check in."

"We booked last minute and we had no choice so stayed at this hotel. Check in personnel was very flat and just gave us a key. We couldn’t get into our first room (key card didn’t work) and second room was also struggle to open the door. 5 minutes after our arrival 3 boys knocked on our door saying something about Adidas and I told them wrong room. I can see them looking back in the peephole which was creepy and scary. I knew enough not to open the door but they were hanging out in the hallway for a while and we just stayed in our room until next morning. People were loud in the hallway all night long for no apparent reason. Hotel was cheap but then they added $25 for parking which increased the cost of stay. Convenient as it’s close to the airport and looks like that’s the only reason people stay there but not sure why some people would stay otherwise"

"Great hotel near the PHL airport. Front staff is excellent, nice bar, gym is in nicely setup, and the Delta Pantry is an added bonus for elite Bonvoy members"
