Everything was wonderful, from staff to breakfast to cleanliness. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Beautiful resort with great staff , rooms are spacious with huge windows

The property and staff are excellent but parking is very difficult !

Excellent place . We loved the old part of the Convent . Would recommend for sure

Great location good breakfast and parking near by

We were greeted by friendly staff, room was clean and beds comfortable. It was in a quiet location. Breakfast was delicious too! We wished we could stay 2 nights

Very clean and modern with an excellent breakfast. Initially we were given a lesser room than we had booked on Expedia. To be fair the Expedia booking sent to the hotel did not reflect the larger room shown on the Expedia booking page. The matter was resolved by staff but we felt as if we were asking for an upgrade when we were only requesting the room we had booked. No other VIP upgrade was offered.

This hotel is perfectly located in the Douro Valley, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. The included breakfast was exceptional, with high-quality ingredients and a great selection. The on-site restaurant offered an outstanding dining experience for dinner, with delicious food and excellent service. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Well maintained property, clean room, beautiful view from the balcony. Excellent breakfast. Close to the main attractions. Highly recommended!

Staff are very friendly, clean, and food are superb

The pool is amazing. However, the front desk staff was cold and not very cheerful. The place is spotless and really comfy.

Friendly staff and cleanliness in general. We truly appreciate all the staff members at the front desk for storing our luggage for a couple of hours after check out time, since we had to visit the Fatima sanctuary after breakfast before flying out of the country. Thank you and much appreciated!!

Personnels courtois, très propre, facile d'accès, buffet Chinois a proximité dans le centre commercial très bon

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. There is underground secure parking. We used this hotel to visit Fatima, Nazare and other surrounding sites. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to friends.
