"Fiz a reserva com uma semana de antecedência, segundo o vosso site, e os e-mails que recebi diariamente, estava tudo confirmado. Quando lá cheguei, o proprietário informou-me que a Casa de São Roque está encerrada há 5 anos!!! Graças à amabilidade do proprietário, que não poupou esforços para que eu e o meu filho de 5 anos não ficássemos na rua, conseguiu encontrar uma solução, mas que em nada se comparou ao que eu esperava. Foi absurdo!! Por vocês, podia ter tido uma experiência catastrófica,...

"Beautiful peaceful location with excellent staff. Very small bedroom but numerous lounge areas which would make it very suitable for groups of family or friends. Paid for a mountain view but couldn't see them because trees obstructed the view. Guests should be aware that the property is about 15 kilometres before the town of Mantegias and is quite isolated. "

"Location is perfectly situated in peaceful surroundings yet short drive into town, absolutely beautifully decorated inside and outside, family owned by wonderful people who made us feel more like family than renting guests, breakfast served to your table with homemade honey, marmalades, and meats/regional cheese, and fresh bread! Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of the mountain…a/c worked quietly and efficiently. Bathroom small but shower had hot water and ample room to place...

"It was a wonderfully relaxing vacation amid the green, quiet gardens all around. Our only problem was finding the location. Were it not for some kind citizens of Gouveia who directed us to the site, we might be still driving around looking for it!"

"Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. I strongly recommend the chalet. "
