We liked the convenience to travel around Orlando. Complimentary breakfast and dinner and shuttle busses were amazing. Hotel is located just inside Disney's Gates. Also adult drinks were complimentary in the evening (3) each. We understand why families like this hotel with a heated pool, hot tub and childrens splash area. .

Staff was very friendly for check in and assistance during our stay. The breakfast was amazing for a small hotel.

We all enjoyed our stay, love the hotel, it’s pretty new, the mattress are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the staff are very friendly, close to the malls, restaurant and theme park. We’re definitely coming back.

Staff was amazing. Very clean. Good breakfast options. Would definitely stay here again. Close to stores and food options. Hotel itself was amazing. Only big issue as I was relying on the shuttle services was They definitely need more shuttle options to theme parks. It was booked up everyday as they share the bus with 6 other hotels and can only accommodate 50 passengers. There was limited times for the shuttles as well I wouldn’t rely on the shuttles to get you to theme parks. It was also...

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a good value for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We enjoyed the property although we wished we could have used the pool we ran out of time. The breakfast looked good but not inclined to pay that much for a breakfast and really wished there was complimentary coffee instead of nespresso. We just ran out to McDonald’s. The shuttle did not work for Animal kingdom since it requires a bus from animal kingdom to the other parks. Staff was helpful and cheerful. Thanks very much

Family of 4 with 2 teens, had a great stay in a 2 bedroom suite. We arrived early morning expecting to leave our luggage in storage but we were lucky enough to be checked in early. Redeeming our park tickets in the hotel made our park visit that much easier. The shuttle to City Walk was fast and convenient. We ate dinner on-site 2 nights and it was delicious.
