« I had called around 3:15pm to let the front desk know we would be checking in after 7pm and was told that would not be an issue. When we were given our room key to what was supposed to be a double queen bed, without being told by the front desk we found that it was a single king with a pull out. I was told the that Expedia had over booked the hotel and that was their solution to the error. « Overall we liked the property, courteous staff and clean rooms. What we didn't like is that the bed had a crunchy plastic type mattress protector on it which both my husband and I sweat from during the night so we didn't get the best night's sleep. That's our only complaint. We haven't experienced this before at other Fairfield's or at other hotels so thought it was odd. It was like the cover you put on a child's bed in case their diaper leaks thru. That was our only complaint. Other then that,...
