« My fridge had mold, the shower wouldn’t drain. They offered to change my room and the new room had blood stains on the sheets. I didn’t see those until I was ready to go to bed. At that point it was almost midnight and I had an early morning. I requested a new comforter and let front desk know about the blood but their response was subpar. I hoped at least that when I came back the next day they would have cleaned the room and replace the bed sheets after I explained the situation about the...
