"I have stayed at this property numerous time in the past. This current was very unpleasant. The room was on the 2nd floor. The bed linens and towels had a terrible smell to them as if they were washed without any detergent. The smell was of dirty laundry/body odor/feet. In addition, the room remained at 75 degrees despite my trying to set the temperature cooler. It was hot an unpleasant. I was not able to sleep. Very disappointed in this most recent stay and deter me from staying again. We travel frequently."

"Before i entered the building the entire place smell like piss but i still made my way inside because i had a previous booking that would have been charged to my account anyway. When i entered, i advised the receptionist that I had a booking, mind you this was almost mid-night, he advised me that there were no more rooms. I am female and i was alone. I had to run down my uber and find another hotel to stay at in the wee hours of the night. The area was dark and scary with hang arounds outside. I do not recommend."

"For this to be a newly renovated hotel, the look was subpar. The layout of the room leaves much to be desired. As soon as the for opens you are net with a small area to place your bags then immediately the desk and chair are there impeding the walkway. Directly next to that is the dresser. The bedding is of the lowest quality I've ever experienced the pillows look like they are from the prior owner. I booked a room for 2 adults. I was not given the proper amount of towels. I called the front desk and they never brought the other towel. We had to go get it ourselves. The temperature of the room was not able to be controlled. On our second day the front desk staff gave me a disgusted look while demanding my room number as I was exiting while taking a phone call which could be a safety concern. "

"Stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised. The motel was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The service was kind and helpful, and the whole experience felt relaxing and convenient. "

"The front desk staff were professional and responsive. The room was comfortable and very spacious. The housekeeping, however, did an abysmal job of cleaning the rooms. None of the trash cans had liners, we had a cracked ice bucket that was not replaced until after two days of bringing it to their attention, They repeatedly kept forgetting to provide us bars of soap as well as a full complement of bath towels. They forgot to clean our room on two different days and we had to call the front desk to have them send a housekeeping staff person to do it. We definitely will not be going there again."

"I loved that the property was well-maintained, clean, and easily accessible. The kitchenette was clean and well equipped and staff was very accommodating and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. My only concern was that the shower door would not stay shut. Because of this the bathroom floor would become very wet and create a potential fall hazard. All things considered, I would rate this a great 8+!"
